The Hayward AXW350 is a genuine tune-up kit for select Hayward suction-side automatic pool cleaners used on
concrete, plaster, and pebble pool surfaces. It replaces the common wear items that affect movement, climbing, and cleaning
coveragehelping restore like-new performance without replacing the entire cleaner.

Surface & Use Notes
- Designed for concrete / plaster / pebble pool finishes.
- If you have a vinyl liner pool, use the correct vinyl-surface tune-up kit instead.
- This is a wear-item refresh kit; if the cleaner still wont move correctly afterward, inspect the A-frame, pods, and internal steering/turbine parts for wear.
Quick Install Overview
- Remove the cleaner from the pool and rinse off debris.
- Replace the front and rear flaps if the edges are curled, torn, or stiff.
- Replace the shoes if theyre worn thin or smooth (loss of traction is common).
- Replace the wings if theyre torn, warped, or missing.
- Rinse the cleaner, reinstall, and test for normal movement and wall-climbing.

Maintenance Tips
- Check the flaps monthlyonce they curl or tear, cleaning and climbing performance drops fast.
- Inspect shoes for uneven wear; replace before they wear through to protect pods and improve traction.
- Rinse the cleaner after heavy debris events and keep the skimmer basket and pump basket clean for best suction.
- If the cleaner starts spinning or stalling, inspect the hose length, hose swivels, and suction level before assuming a parts failure.
