Built to last, this Xtar cell has a recharge life cycle of 700 charges at 0.25A while an overcharge and discharge circuit is built into the cell to protect it during the cycle.

This cell is a protected cell and has a protruding button-top terminal. It is around 2.5mm longer than an unprotected cell.
